Exterior Painting Boathouse Row
Old Village Master Painters is honored to be involved in the restoration of the famous Sedgeley Club on Philadelphia's famous Boat House Row. Sedgeley is the only operating lighthouse in Philadelphia, and is acknowledged by the National Historic Preservation Act of 1978 as an integral part of Fairmount Park. The Lighthouse, known as Lighthouse on Turtle Rock, was built in 1887. The current Sedgeley building was built by the club in 1902 around the existing lighthouse.
We removed the old paint and repainted the exterior of this unique building.
