Exterior Lead Paint Removal Chestnut Hill
Built circa 1920, the exterior of this grand old federal style mansion in Chestnut Hill had been covered in many layers of old hazardous lead based paint. Old Village completely removed the lead paint then repainted the exterior in classic white.
The EPA in June 2018 proposed to lower the allowable threshold for exposure to Lead Dust in homes and businesses!

We safely and completely removed the lead paint from this home, restored the windows to working order then gave it a beautiful,protective white finish preserving all the details that make this home special.
